Western Sales a multi-location John Deere dealership is seeking an IT Support Specialist.
 

IT requirements include:

  • Experienced in installing, repairing & troubleshooting computer software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience using Office 365 and its suite of products.
  • Adept with a variety of mobile device with regards to basic setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network devices and printers.
  • Experience with routers, servers, and network technology preferred
  • Experience with a Cisco VoIP system (optional)
  • Must be willing to travel to company locations
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience required
